Nasaem Khair invites companies and experienced service providers to                submit sealed envelope quotes for an offering of qualified labours aged more than 18 years

Operation areas: Syria – Idleb Governorate

Conditions for submission:

• The bidders' eligibility documents must be included in the sealed envelope or sent to the private mail in the tender (commercial register, contractor register, proof from the local authority, or ...) and a copy of the bidder’s ID or passport
• No document may be withdrawn or replaced after its submission, and deficiencies/missing may be completed before the time of submission ends
• The papers must be sealed by the bidder's official seal
• The papers must be submitted in a sealed envelope stamped with the bidder’s stamp, as well as the bidder’s name, company, phone number, e-mail, tender name and number should be written on the outside of the envelope.
• Any offer that does not contain all the attachments and papers filled out correctly and sealed will be rejected
• the bidder shall mention all organizations and agencies that already contracted with before

The envelopes must be delivered to the organization’s offices as follows:

The deadline time for receiving offers in the sealed envelopes is at 5 pm on Monday 28/12/2020.

All offers after the deadline for submission will be excluded.
